How To Qualify For The Player’s Choice Tournament

The satellites for the Players Choice tournament run every day and work in a stages system. The tournament which directly awards seats is called the ‘Player’s Choice Semi-Final’ this is a $270 entry event and will award one seat for every $12,000 in the prize pool. This tournament is held each Monday evening at 21:15 Eastern Time.

Qualifiers for the semi-final start at just $1 (with re-buys) and are running several times a day. For the first level tournaments one seat in the ‘quarter finals’ (also daily) is awarded for every $29 in the prize pool. The quarter-finals then award a seat in the semi-final for each $270 collected. There are also freeroll versions of the qualifiers available using Bodog points accumulated while playing at the regular tables. Finally, 2 ‘last chance’ qualifiers are scheduled at 19:00 and 19:30 on Monday evenings – these are $29 entry events which guarantee 3 semi-final seats.
